RESERVATIONS
Full payment is due at the time of booking. For your convenience, we provide online booking. Simply go to the "schedule a tour" page or click the "book it" button. If you have difficulty for any reason, please contact us for assistance. Also, please note that tour guides are unable to make reservations on-site at the start of a tour.

RESPONSIBILITY
St Pete Biking Tours (St Pete Tours LLC) acts solely as an agent in all matters related to the tour and is not liable for damage, injury or death, loss or accident to any person or to baggage or other personal property you may damage, lose, misplace or believe stolen while on the biking tour. We reserve the right to reroute or change any itinerary or make substitutions of equal value should conditions warrant. We reserve the right to cancel any biking tour, and we reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who fails to follow the policies, terms, and conditions of the tour company or exhibits behaviors that are considered inconsistent with the safety of tour operations. The payment of the required deposit or any partial or full payment for the tour shall constitute the passenger’s consent to the above provisions.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
For tours and rentals, cancellations 24 hours or more in advance, a full refund will be provided. Please allow up to 72 hours for processing of any refunded payments. Biking tours/rentals canceled less than 24 hours before the biking tour/rental start time will not be eligible for a full refund. Anyone who fails to show up for a tour at the scheduled time or is a "no show" will be charged the full price of the biking tour scheduled and not entitled to any refund. For e-commerce and in-store purchases, retail items will be subject to a full refund minus shipping costs (purchaser is responsible) as long as the item's packaging has not been opened or changed, as long as there is no damage to the item, and if the refund request is made within 30 days.

FULFILLMENT/SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Methods and Timeframes: Shipping methods routinely available include ground shipping. If expedited shipping is required, please contact our business operations by phone or email for additional considerations.
Shipping Costs and Fees: Shipping costs are determined based on product weight and current shipping rates by fulfillment carriers. Sales taxes are determined based on the destination's state's tax rates.
Order Processing and Fulfillment: Online e-commerce orders are received daily via email notifications. Processing times may vary based on product inventory, but if in stock, orders are processed within 48 hours and shipped within 72 hours.
Shipping Restrictions: Shipping and fulfillment is limited to the continental U.S., which does not include Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available.
Damaged or Lost Packages: For damaged or lost packages, St Pete Tours LLC must be notified as soon as the damage or lost item is discovered. These issues will then be addressed with the fulfillment/shipping carrier.
Order Tracking: Order tracking numbers will be provided to customers once a product is shipped. A tracking number will be available within 72 hours of purchase if item(s) are in stock.

ADDITIONAL TERMS
Please show up 15-20 minutes before your biking tour to check in and to allow our guides to fit you with your biking equipment properly. Biking tour pricing does not include taxes and booking fees. Also, we are a mobile operation so we have no physical storefront. On your arrival at the biking tour starting locations, please look for our St. Pete Biking Tours banner where you will meet your guide.
